1. General Provisions

These terms of use govern the use of services provided through the BildiriNet academic abstract management system ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

The Platform provides services for abstract submission, evaluation and management for academic conferences and symposiums.

2. Account and Membership

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.

3. Abstract Submission

You represent and warrant that your submitted abstracts are original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

You are fully responsible for the content of your abstracts. The Platform does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of abstract content.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain intellectual property rights of your submitted abstracts. However, by submitting, you grant the congress organizing committee permission to use the abstract in the evaluation and publication process.

The design, logo, software and content of the BildiriNet platform belong to BildiriNet and are protected by copyright.

5. Review Process

Abstracts are evaluated through a blind review system. Evaluation results are final, and appeals can only be made to the congress organizing committee.

The Platform takes necessary measures to ensure the review process is conducted fairly and impartially. However, the organizing committee is responsible for disputes arising from evaluation results.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Registering with false or misleading information
• Submitting others' work as your own (plagiarism)
• Engaging in activities that compromise system security
• Using the platform maliciously or harassing other users

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not accept liability for technical failures, data loss or interruptions. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the platform. You will be notified via email for significant changes.
